Return, exchange, complaint


The POKK.HU online store will exchange the shoes for a different size within 30 days of receiving the package. Follow the instructions below.

1. Check whether's current offer includes the size you want to replace the originally ordered product with.
2. Fill out the exchange request form that you received by e-mail.
3. Return the product(s) together with the form to the following address:

4. After we receive the package, within a few days (but no more than 14 days), we will send you the replaced product at our own expense.
5. You are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend that you return the products with a courier company (due to the safety of the shipment).

You can change your mind and cancel the product ordered in the store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the package, then follow the instructions below:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
We are unable to accept return goods or cash-on-delivery packages sent to a parcel point.
If you paid for the order by cash on delivery, you will receive the amount back to the bank account number specified on the form.
If you paid via the electronic OTP Simplepay system, we will return the amount to the same card number from which the order was paid.
4. The amount will be refunded immediately within a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. Do not forget:

We will send the product back and you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return.
If the box is damaged but the shoes are in their original condition, we will charge HUF 1,200 gross for the shoe box, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In relation to all products purchased by you, you are entitled to the rights related to product defects and the seller's responsibility (accessory warranty)
defined in the Civil Code for 2 years from the date of purchase.

If there is a problem with the delivery, the couriers may try to contact the Customer by phone.
If an order consists of several products, the ordered products may be sent to the Customer in several packages.

The average fulfillment time for orders ranges from 3 to 7 working days from when the confirmation containing the contract was sent to the Buyer.
