A long medical insole with a sandwich structure, made of a perforated EVA upper part and a flexible plastic lower part. The flexible walking surface relieves stress on the joints and, thanks to its perforations, provides ventilation to the feet. The transversal lifting pad in the middle of the insole raises the transversal and thus takes the load off the transversal bone. As a result of lifting, the toes straighten out, thus preventing/reducing the formation of hammertoes and bunions by eliminating rubbing on the toes. Raising the soles of the feet takes the strain on the longitudinal muscles and relieves pain in the waist and back.
